Service Description

Conscious breathing can help us achieve more balance, focus and relaxation. It promotes reduction of stress and could also help reduce some sleep disorders as well as self-confidence. In Yoga breathing is referred to as Prana, which translates as life force. The more conscious we use the breath the more awareness and mindfulness we bring into our lives. Duration: 50 minutes
